Your Longevity membership is rooted at Playa Vista, but it opens both Los Angeles locations. Train at Playa Vista, train at Brentwood, or move between them depending on your week.

Most people have never had a doctor who actually knows them over time. At Monarch, you build an ongoing relationship with the medical team without a visit fee every time you walk in. Unlimited medical consultations are included, along with two comprehensive lab panels per year, coordinated through your insurance, and four body composition scans with a medical team review at each check-in.

When additional support makes sense, it is available. IV therapy, hormone support, prescription management, supplement guidance, and additional testing are all available separately, recommended based on your actual data, not a general protocol.

Nutrition support here starts with who you actually are: your goals, your current habits, and the health data the team already has on you. After onboarding and lab review, you receive a custom nutrition plan built around a three-day food log, and ongoing access to the nutrition team when questions or changes come up.

A few honest notes: meal delivery and food-service costs are not included, and specialty testing like stool or urine panels falls outside the scope of what is covered here. What is included is real, personalized guidance from a team that sees the full picture.

This is a structured, self-guided training plan built by senior coaches so you walk into the club with direction, not guesswork. It starts with initial performance testing and gives you a full 12-month program built from those results.

This program is not one-on-one personal training, and it is not continuously rebuilt around specific events, new injuries, or shifting goals. It is a consistent foundation, designed to help you use the club confidently over the long term.

The equipment here was chosen for athletic performance, not to fill a floor. You will find a clean, lower-traffic environment than other commercial spaces, and have access to our full suite of recovery amenities including the sauna and Frost Locker.

When you want more than what is included, it is available. One-on-one strength coaching is $150 per session. Physical therapy, additional medical services, recovery protocols, and performance work can all be added as your needs evolve.

Eligible a la carte services can be booked up to 21 days in advance, so planning ahead is straightforward.

We call you. One conversation. We want to know where you are right now and what you are working toward, so the relationship starts with context, not a script.

You start. Join by October 15 and the initiation fee is waived.

Your onboarding. Over your first few days at Playa Vista you go through a medical evaluation and lab work, a body composition scan, a physical therapy assessment, performance testing, and your first nutrition consultation. You meet the practitioners who support your membership, and each of them gives you feedback. Those results become the starting point for your program, your check-ins, and your care.
