International Women’s Month | Christine Heisch

This year for International Women’s Month, we spotlighted some of the women who lead inside Monarch every day.

What makes them exceptional is not just their expertise, but the perspective, experience, and leadership they bring to the people around them.

One of those women was Christine Heisch.

Christine built her career at the intersection of performance and purpose.

From a young age, sport shaped how she moved through the world, eventually leading her to represent the United States at the 2019 Touch Rugby World Cup. But for Christine, performance was never just about competition alone.

It was about discipline. Growth. Leadership. And helping others discover what they are capable of through movement.

For more than a decade, she coached athletes to train with intention, bringing the same level of care and accountability that defined her own journey as an athlete.

Her impact extended far beyond the training floor.

Christine served as a faculty member within the Kinesiology department at California State University, Los Angeles, held executive leadership as COO for a global brand, and contributed to sports operations for Los Angeles FC.

Across every role, one thing remained consistent: a commitment to performance, mentorship, and creating opportunities for others to grow.
