MEET THE TEAM

Jordan, a former captain of the University of Miami's soccer team, holds a degree in Sports Administration with minors in Sports Medicine and Kinesiology. Post-college, she played soccer professionally for 5 years, including in the Champions League where she led her team to the round of 16. At Monarch, she has significantly expanded her responsibilities since 2020. Outside of her work at Monarch, Jordan is dedicated to philanthropy, working with a non-profit organization called Football For Her that provides spaces for young girls to play soccer and offers mentorship.

Stevo brings a wealth of experience to his role as General Manager, holding a B.S. in Communications and an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management. With almost a decade working and managing in the athletic space, he excels in operations and customer service. For the past three years, Stevo has successfully led teams, demonstrating adaptability and a strategic mindset in his leadership approach. Stevo spends his time outside of Monarch, by being active, social, and putting good vibes into the world.

Marleen is originally from Orange County and moved to Los Angeles three years ago. She believes that each day brings new lessons for personal growth. A festival enthusiast, Marleen loves to dance and connect with people in lively settings. With a background in psychology, her passion for helping others drives her.
